When you visit Iloilo, Tatoy's is one of the most gastronomical place to be. Tatoy's Manokan was started by Tatoy Espinosa, I had the privilege to interview him during my high school days on how he started his business. It was inspiring because of hardwork and dedication he was able to purchase a land in Villa and started expanding. So, let's go back to Tatoy's. Further inside is the new Tatoy's resort run by other members of his family.
What I love about the place aside from the delicious meals is the ambiance of the place. The venue isn't so big nor too small but it has a relaxing feel to it. The best part, you could have a little privacy. The placed isn't pack with people.
